We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Forget-Me-Not Club.

The Forget-Me-Not Club was set up in 1999 and is run by a small group of professionals and volunteers who work together to provide support, assistance and care to people with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of Dementia. In addition, this support is extended to immediate carers.

Our weekly meetings help you relax, have fun and get the information and support you require.

Our services include complementary therapy, Tai Chi, Life Coaching, Reiki, Carers Training and Respite Holidays.

Our small group is supported by a wonderful group of dedicated volunteers without whom we could not continue to function.

We are now in the process of planning a dedicated Respite & Resource Centre on Royal Deeside in Aberdeenshire.
