Forget Me Not was set up in 1999 to support people with Dementia and their Carers.

Our weekly meetings help people to relax, have fun, get information and support.

Services include complimentary therapy, Tai Chi, Life Coaching, Carers Training, respite holidays.

Our small staff group is supported by wonderful dedicated volunteers.

We plan to build a Respite & Resource Centre on Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire.
